About Pre-order
- Pre-order items will be arrived within 45-50 days. After order please settle the payment, we will arrange the reservation immediately.
- We will notice every ordered customers once their ordered products arrived Hong Kong, they can face trade or by mail ( By mail must paid the correspond postal fee).

Pre-order items may be out of stock occasional. If there is out of stock unfortunately, we must refund the payment to customers.

About refund case for Oversea customer
- Take notice 1. Oversea customer paid by PayPal need extra 5% for handling charge. If there is our of stock case, we will only refund the products EXACT price not add up 5% handling charge to refund. For example customer paid $100+5%=$105, we will only refund $100 only~! We will not bear customers' handling charge as that is bank services charge only.. In here, we reaffirm this 5% handling charge is charged by Paypal but not by us. If customer doesn't willing to pay for this handling charge, HSBC Banking transaction is welcome.
- Take notice 2. Oversea customer settle payment by local bank transaction, we will only refund back by local bank transaction in case of products out of stocks. 5% of Paypal handling charge is not acceptable.
- Customer may choose refund money to exchange to bonus point for next time purchase.

- Press Checkout (Whatever how many pcs)
- Please log in as our member at this moment if you still haven't apply to be our member.
- It will show up a page of shipping method with customers address. Please check and confirm again if the address is correct or not.
- At the lower side at the same page, there will showing few method of shipment for customer choose.

When we confirm customer payment. System will send an email to customer to notify the "Current Status".
- Pre-order items-- will be display as Pre-order items awaiting
- In Stocks items-- will be display as Hanling in processing or In Delivery
- Local customers selected settle payment by local bank transaction but didn't paid it for over 3 day, order will display as Canaceled Order

- Local delivery services only suitable for commerical address. if the address is residence address or faraway district, e.g. New Territories Sheung Shui, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Lantau Island or Outlying Islands. We will change to register mail without notice because of the extra delay for delivery by the Local delivery services provider.

No matter customers selected face trade or delivery, customer didn't settle the payment within 3 days, all order will be canceled. And it will not allowed for ATM transfer in next time order, only PayPal or Visa is allowed.

Out of Stocks for Pre-order products
- Pre-order items may be out of stock occasional. If there is out of stock unfortunately, we will according to the trasnfer payment sequence for delivery. For the late customers maybe have the chance unable to get the products, we must refund the payment to them.^^

Face trade time and location
- Every Thursday and Friday 5:30-7:30pm MongKokg MTR station (Payment must be settle before face trade)

Mail Delivery
- Every Monday to Friday Morning, (Saturday,Sunday and Public Holiday will not have mail delivery) Email or Question reply will have a short delay as well.

Mail Checking
- After received our delivery date confirmation, customers may login to their account to check the latest tracking number of the parcel.

Delivery Time
- The mail delviery sequence is according to the Payment transaction time but not accirding to the buying time. The earlier Payment transaction time, the higher priority for receive products. ^^
- If Payment transaction time in Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, products will delivery out in next working day.

Local Courier Services
- Local Courier Services fees: $20 each time no matter how many pieces. The address must be in Commercial address.
- Purchase over 5 pieces can enjoy a singel time of free Register Mail delivery. And extra separated delivery, the delivery fees will be charged as normal.
- Local Courier Services is depended on the courier company, we cannot 100% ensure the arrived time. If any delivery delay customer can email us.
- Please consider above points before selected local courier services.

About the Color Difference

There must have some little color difference because of difference computer setting and monitor. Color must be according to the products, please don't argue about it. (If there have any question about the color or products, please kindly email us before purchase. No refund or exchange request is allowed due to color problem. Every photo is taking based on the real products, customers please consider the chance of a little bit color difference) Every purchase implies customer agree this chance of a little bit color differnce. Exchange Services
We have a Satisfied Guarantee, if you have any unsatisfied of our products (the problem lised above), there have 3 days exchange services. Please kindly study our exchange conditions:
- Exchange products must be exhange by face trade (please follow our face trade time and location)
- Wrong Delivery: Please email us to discuss within 3 days.
- Defected products: Please email us to discuss within 3 days.
- Wrong Color:- Eg. If order products is white color (Products name stated as White color), but we delivery a black color.
- Wrong Size:- Eg.If customers received a product's size is difference over 2cm or 1 inch
- Please email us for exchange services request within 3 days.

Face Trade Exchange
- The reason for face trade to exchange because of a fair condition to exchange, it can avoid any unneeded argue.
- Exchange, Refund must be requested by email in the first week face trade day. For example, a exchange request in monday, after our confirm, the exhcnage must be finished in the same week of Thurday or Friday.
- Buyer can get back their money or producst as soon as possible.
- Seller can slove the products problem as soon as possible.
- Once purchase implies customers agree the above terms.
- Customers unaccepted face trade exchange services or unable to finished the exchange in the first week, we will not offer this exchange services.

- Overseas Order.
- Size exchange: Size exchange is not allowed, please refer to each products size description.
- Color difference: Difference computer and monitor must have color difference. Every purchase implies customer agree this chance of a little bit color differnce. No refund or exchange request is allowed due to color problem.
- Unaccepted Face trade exchange services, or unable to finished the face trade exchange within the first week of Thursday and Friday.
- Products delivery over 3 days
- Products is already used, washed or label is cut or removed.
- Products is being dirtied or dirtied by food

Products disappered in delivery??
- We do use register mail or local courier services instead of surface mail. If any mail missing we will use same valued products delivery again.
- For the re-delivery, we will charge back part of register fees or handling charge upon HK post request.
